Refund Policy

If Historia Medica isn't right for you, you can get a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, for any reason. You don't need to explain why.

How to ask for a refund

Our orders are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record, so refunds are paid by Paddle to the card or account you paid with. You can ask in either of these ways:

• Through Paddle: go to paddle.net, find your order with the email address you used at checkout, and request a refund.
• Through us: email support@historiamedica.app with your order number (it starts with txn_ and is in your license email and Paddle receipt). We'll ask Paddle to refund you, usually within two business days.

Refunds normally reach you within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

What happens to your license

After a refund, your license key is cancelled and stops working in a later update of the app. Your records are never affected: Historia Medica keeps working read-only, so you can still view, print, export and back up everything you entered.

After 30 days

We consider later requests case by case, for example if the app doesn't work on your Mac and we can't fix it. Write to support@historiamedica.app.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to your rights as a consumer. If you live in the EU or UK, you may have a 14-day right to withdraw from purchases of digital content. Because the license key is delivered immediately, that right may end once you start using it, but our 30-day refund still applies.
