Built-in help
Every page in the app has a ? button that opens help for that page. You can also choose Help → Historia Medica Help (⌘?) and search all topics.

Common questions
Where is my data? Choose Help → Show My Data in Finder. Your records are in a single file named data.db.
How do I move to a new Mac? Choose File → Back Up…, copy the backup to the new Mac, then choose File → Open Database… there.
How do I import from MyMedical? On the welcome screen, or in Settings → MyMedical, choose your MyMedical file or the folder that contains it. Your MyMedical file is never changed.
Dictation doesn't work. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone and enable Historia Medica. Dictation also requires that your Mac can recognize your language on-device.

Found a problem, or missing something? Report a bug or request a feature, and see what others have reported on known bugs and feature requests. In the app, use the bug and light-bulb buttons at the bottom of the sidebar, or the Help menu: the version is filled in for you.
